Service overview
PhotoOmni helps you prepare passport, visa, ID, and other document photos from images you upload. Our service may include automated checks, image preparation, expert review, downloadable files, and optional print-ready outputs.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, uploading photos you have the right to use, reviewing the final output before submission, and confirming that the selected document type matches your application requirements.
Photo requirements and acceptance
We work to prepare photos that match published document-photo requirements, but final acceptance is determined by the relevant government agency, institution, or application reviewer. Requirements can change, and some applications may have special rules that are not visible from the photo alone.
Orders, payments, and delivery
Prices, available products, processing times, and delivery options are shown during checkout. Digital files are delivered through the service when processing is complete. Printed or print-ready products may depend on the options available for your location and order.
Refunds
If a photo prepared by PhotoOmni is rejected because of a photo-compliance issue, contact support with the rejection details so we can review the order and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement, or refund where eligible.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. We may restrict, suspend, or refuse service if we detect abuse, fraud, payment issues, unlawful activity, or use that could harm PhotoOmni or other users.
Intellectual property
PhotoOmni, including its software, designs, branding, and service content, is owned by PhotoOmni or its licensors. You retain ownership of photos you upload, while granting us the rights needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhotoOmni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by application decisions, agency processing delays, user-provided errors, or third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of PhotoOmni after changes means you accept the updated terms.
